Laguna Beach & The Warm-Up

Our California trip actually started the day before the wedding. The couple chose a package that included an Engagement Session at Laguna Beach, which was the perfect way to kick things off. Capturing them against those iconic West Coast cliffs and golden-hour light allowed us to get some relaxed, editorial shots before the high-energy madness of the wedding day began.

The vibe at Coyote Hills Golf Club was 10/10 from start to finish. This wasn’t a "sit-down and wait" kind of wedding; the dance floor opened up during the cocktail hour and basically never stopped! Between the incredible Afghan buffet and the tradition after the cake cut—where the bride received stunning jewelry full of precious stones from Afghanistan—there was never a dull moment for our cameras.


To make sure nothing was missed, Homaira and Jamal went with our most comprehensive coverage: Full-Day Wedding Photo & Video. For the final delivery, they received both a Cinematic Trailer and the Long-Form Film (over 1 hour long). While our 10-minute cinematic stories are a popular choice, they really wanted to preserve the full legacy—every speech, every ritual, and every minute of those epic dance sets.
