We’ll reach out to check in on your planning. This is where we’ll ask to see your initial inspirations so we can begin defining the artistic direction and how to best capture your day.
6 weeks prior
The Essentials
We will send over your Production Questionnaire to finalize the logistics—precise locations, your list of VIPs, and family portrait groupings.
2 weeks prior
The Visual Roadmap
Everything aligns. You’ll receive your custom Production Booklet, consolidating every detail from the timeline to the aesthetic direction. Once reviewed, this serves as our final creative roadmap to ensure we are perfectly synced for the weekend.
THE DAY AFTER
The Premiere
While the emotion is still fresh, you will receive an exclusive preview of your gallery within a few days to relive the first highlights of your union.
8 to 10 Weeks Post-Wedding
The Full Story
The delivery of your curated photographic gallery and the cinematic trailer. If you choose to order a fine-art album, I will pre-select the best images to create a bespoke layout for you. You’ll have the chance to review the design to ensure it’s perfect before we move to print and shipping.
4 months after

DESIGNING FOR THE LENS
To give your gallery and film that distinct, high-end Raw Studio signature, the environment plays a crucial role. Here is how you can help us capture the best possible imagery :
The Getting Ready Space
Light is our primary medium. When choosing where you will get ready, look for spaces with large windows and abundant natural light. Keep the space as minimal and clutter-free as possible. Tip: Ask your bridal party to keep their bags and bright-colored items in a separate room or hidden in closets.
The Styling Kit
We love documenting the elegant details you’ve carefully chosen. On the morning of the wedding, place your invitations, rings, jewelry, perfume, and any other accessories together in a small box for us. We will photograph these while you are having your makeup finished.
An Unplugged Ceremony
We highly recommend asking your guests to keep their phones and iPads put away during the ceremony. This ensures that your photos and film feature the faces and tears of the people you love, rather than an array of glowing screens.
Chasing the Light
The hour just before sunset provides the most cinematic, flattering light of the day. We will work with you to carve out 20 to 30 minutes in your timeline to step away from your guests and capture your couple portraits in this beautiful light.
